You might remember the post I made regarding the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Japan. It opened last Summer and they announced on Wednesday night that the Harry Potter (ハリーポッター) and the Forbidden Journey ride will go from 2D to 3D. Below promotional photos featuring Daniel.

Daniel is going to be 26 this year on 23rd July 2015 and Daniel J Radcliffe Holland has joined the websites Glowing Radcliffe, Portal Radcliffe, danielradcliffe.de and Daniel Radcliffe Brasil to create a new Birthday Project this year in which fans from all over the world can participate. It's a bit like the Project from back in 2012. The video will include fans singing a Happy Birthday song in their own language, as it's known in their own country. The second part of the video will be a message to Daniel shown as fans holding up A4 sheets with the words. 

What's new this year is a Tumblr page (happybdayradcliffe.tumblr.com) which will feature photos from the project. The video and Tumblr link wil be send to Daniel's team just as we did in 2012. Back then it was even shared by The Trevor Project on Facebook!

Want to join? Here are the rules for the photo.
A note: Children must have approval from their parents.
- We recommend a size between A3 and A4. The larger, the better. Please only use the word you will get assigned for the message.
- The photo should be horizontal.
- Do not edit before sending.

As for the video: Please make sure that the audio is clear and that no external noises are inbetween.

You probably remember the petition set up by fans to help making Young Americans happen. It was all down to schedule and nailing down financing according to director John Krokidas back then. There now is some great news: there is financing! StarStream Media has committed to finance and produce. Besides Kim Leadford of StarStream Media, Bruce Cohen and Liz Destro of Destro Films are producing alongside Frank Frattaroli of Circle Of Confusion.

Daniel Radcliffe will play Lee Atwater and Dane DeHaan will play Karl Rove. Amanda Seyfried has also been set to star in the film. XYZ Films will sell the film at Cannes and production begins in the fall.

Update: 9th July 2015. Production is set to begin in October.

Based on true events from the ’70s, Radclilffe and DeHanne play two ambitious college students on a cross-country road trip who, during the course of this buddy movie, tarnish the American dream one state at a time. Rove was the straight-laced and ambitious student who was running for the head of the College Republicans under the guidance of the free-wheeling Atwater. The latter took Rove on a wild road-trip through the South all the way to the White House in a crash course of dirty tricks and politics. Seyfried plays Kate King, a young political femme fatale they meet along the way who secretly threatens to beat the boys at their own game. Ken Freimann, Jones, and Krokidas are exec producers.

There are a two short videos online from Daniel to the Japanese Kenshō Ono (voice actor, singer) during Nico Nico Live Special which was streaming live yesterday. Kenshō is well known for voicing Harry Potter in the Japanese dubs and also worked on Horns (ホーンズ 容疑者と告白の角) -since he became the official voice-over actor for all of Daniel's roles- so Daniel recorded a message to thank him for voicing him for years.
