    23rd annual Gypsy of the Year competition raised a record $4,895,253 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) yesterday 5th December 2011. 53 Broadway, off-Broadway and national touring companies participated in six weeks of intensive fundraising this fall. The winners were announced by Hugh Jackman, Bernadette Peters and Daniel. How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying topped the list of musicals by raising $325,935, winning the Top Overall Fundraising award. Congrats!
