Daniel attended Whatsonstage.com's Theatregoers' Choice Awards at the Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue last night.

- Equus won Best Play Revival.
- Daniel won Dewynters London Newcomer of the Year.
- Those amazing publicity photographs won the AKA Theatre Event of the Year
 "I'm truly delighted and thank everyone so much for voting for me. Equus is a tremendous and thought-provoking play and I'm so proud and honoured to have been a part of this incredible production."
According to The Mirror, Dan's publicist had this to say about the now famous/infamous kiss incident with James Corden:
"It was a spontaneous gesture by James which was very funny. Daniel took it in the light-hearted spirit that was intended."

Bush Theatre is saved from closure
Like I posted earlier, Daniel was fighting for The Bush Theatre (together with more stars) which seemed to be getting closed BUT with a good end: They have saved the Bush Theatre from closure. Read more through the link from The Evening Standard.
